Each project will be assigned a project manager which will be responsible for:

• Interfacing with the client

Each project consists of a planning, implementation, testing and post-implementation phase.

• Project Planning

• Depending on the scope and requirements of a project, a detailed project planning phase will form the first step.

• The outputs of the planning phase that will be delivered to the client:

• Project Implementation

Once a project plan and technical specification has been aggreed to, implementation will commence.

Implementation includes:

• Procurement of required hardware and software as applicable
• Technical Resources start implementation
• Once all deliverables have been met, a detailed testing phase will commence to

Post-Implementation Support:
